Kristin L. Martin

Kristin Martin primarily represents labor unions, and is General Counsel of UNITE HERE International Union.  Before joining McCracken, Stemerman & Holsberry, Kristin served as a law clerk to the Honorable Harry Pregerson of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Kristin has also taught labor law at the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and at the University of California, Berkeley School of Law, and has worked as an organizer for a local union affiliated with UNITE HERE.
