Sarah Grossman-Swenson
Sarah represents labor unions, workers, and trust funds in litigation and arbitration proceedings. In addition to working in the areas of labor and employment law, Sarah advises clients on trademark and copyright law, with an emphasis on fair use. In law school, she was Co-Editor-in-Chief of the Berkeley Journal of Employment and Labor Law. She also volunteers as a supervising attorney at the Legal Aid Society-Employment Law Center’s Workers’ Rights Clinic.
