Sun Chang

Sun specializes in the representation of joint union-management trusts in all aspects of their employee benefit plans, including health and welfare plans, qualified defined benefit and defined contribution retirement plans, vacation plans and apprenticeship funds. Sun also worked for the of the Employee Benefits Security Administration of the United States Department of Labor, where she conducted civil investigations of ERISA plans.
